Tried several versions of this program, even the latest (2016) 9.0.18 version, This converter has potential, but still too very slow compared to similiar converters, still takes 20-30 plus mins to download and converter a short 5 min video to 1080HD, others can do this in under a couple mins on my 64bit window pc, 6GB memory. As per Amazon reviews, I also found Aiseesoft Support is even worse, emailed them a month ago re: all these issues, no response, so they obviously know it needs improvements badly! Again, much slower to convert than similar converters, plus this converter outputs in less resolution quality than even some free converters. Updates and releases also appear much slower than similar converters. Not many options or Video edit features to stand out from all the other converters out on market. Again, this program has potential, just wish it's software developers were a lot more creative in it's features!Add options this product is Missing: • **No video fade out effect, using this feature mainly at end of video downloads, so do not have to use an addtl editor program,to edit and re-encode just to fade out video at end, instead of all videos ending abrubtly, which looks terrible. **(No great video sound effect to max or boost video sound without clipping or distorting **(No good Options to *Auto correct of video resolution, lighting or sound problems **(No Blur or removal of object or ugly video image, to Blur out or remove effect.
